Mentors who have altered my life: My previous supervisor and co-worker Ji yao Li, who is a very knowledgeable person and used to be a physiology teacher in Beijing university. I learned a lot of lab theoretical knowledges from him, as well as many comprehensive lab techniques and some in-vivo techniques. My previous PI -Felix Feng guided me in the cancer research field. In his lab, I learned many new techniques that can be used in cancer research. He is a very energetic and very kind PI. He had a great influence in my life.
In my time off, I enjoy: In my time off, I like shopping and fast walking, watching TV, and playing with my cat. I also enjoy cooking. I like to use simple materials to cook tasty and healthy food for my family.
What major, other than your own, would you enjoy? When I was young, my dream profession was a journalist. I think I would still enjoy it now.
