Mentors who have altered my life: My high school teachers, Mrs. Sanchaita Chaudhuri and Mrs. Ratnabali Ray, who continue to inspire me to this day; Mr. Suvadeep Samanta and Mr. Biswajeet Chandra, who encouraged me to pursue my career in Biology; Dr. Geoffrey Cooper and Dr. Dipyaman Ganguly, who provided sage advice and guided me throughout my PhD and beyond.
In my time off, I enjoy: Reading and reviewing books, painting, hiking.
What profession, other than your own, would you enjoy? I would love to work as a book editor in the publishing industry, own a bookstore, or become a librarian.
