Mentors who have altered my life: In the math area, Mirthala Alanis expanded my horizons with the idea of grad school and the use of math in different fields. In the area of science, Prof. Frank Johnson fostered my experimental scientist side.
In my time off, I enjoy: Playing board games, traveling, and I love backcountry camping and hiking!
What profession, other than your own, would you enjoy? I would be an educator, either a high school teacher or a lecturer in a liberal arts college.
